wanted a visual element to draw the customer’s
eye toward the exposed kitchen of the restaurant. The treatment had
to be durable and support the Asian theme of the décor and
seafood emphasis of the menu.

and rich
colors to draw attention to the chefs
at work
in the showcase kitchen.
